MirraDelete your account
Free, immediate, and no reason required.
This page applies to Magic Mirror – Mirra (app.magicmirra).
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time — from inside the
app, or by email if you have already uninstalled it.
Option 1 — in the app (fastest)
- Open Mirra.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Privacy, tap Delete everything.
- Confirm.
That is the whole process. Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and nothing further for you to do.
Option 2 — by email
If you can no longer open the app, email hello@magicmirra.app with the subject Account Deletion Request.
If your account has an email address attached, please write from that address — it is how we confirm the account is yours. If you used Mirra without ever adding an email, say so and we will tell you what we need instead. We will confirm and process the request without undue delay, and within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile — the name you gave Mirra, your life stage, your language and tone preferences, and your email if you added one.
- Every reading — all inscriptions, essence words, phases, and the private notes Mirra kept for continuity.
- All guidance history, including which rituals you cast.
- Your confirmations and corrections.
- All sessions, so every signed-in device is signed out.
- Everything stored on your phone.
About your photos
There are no photos to delete. Mirra never stores them. Each frame is analysed in the moment and discarded — it is never written to disk, never saved to a database, and never used to train anything. There is no photo of you in our systems today, and there never was one.
What we keep, and why
We keep an anonymous record of AI usage costs — a timestamp, which model ran, how many tokens it used, and what it cost. After deletion these records are no longer connected to you or to any account, and they contain none of your words. We keep them because we cannot run the service without knowing what it costs.
Short-lived server logs may briefly contain a request identifier. They are overwritten automatically and contain no readings and no images.
Deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted it cannot be restored, and neither can your Grimoire. If you would like to keep your readings, use Settings → Export my readings before you delete.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — those are held by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel yours in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
