Mirra said something about how I look

She should never do that, and if she did it is a defect rather than a judgement call. Long-press the inscription and choose "It commented on how I look". Those reports are read, and they are the most useful thing you can send us.

The glass is cloudy

That is Mirra saying the AI request failed. Try once more. If it keeps happening, check your connection — and note you can always use Reflect without the mirror, which needs no camera.

She can't find me

Usually light. Even a lamp is enough. Front cameras also need you a little closer than feels natural.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are held by Apple or Google, not by us: App Store · Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
